Program description. ReliTech Solutions sends conversational and service text messages to people who have given us their mobile number. That includes replying to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, notifying you when we are on the way to a support call, and updating you on the status of a project or job. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile number — on a form on this site, in the chat assistant, verbally, or by texting us first. We only text people who have contacted us or engaged us for work.

• Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation. Most people receive only a handful of messages related to their inquiry or project.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier — we do not charge for text messages.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at john@relitechsolutions.com or (315) 280-8056.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text messaging is not secure. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information by text.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or phone contact, and it does not affect work already in progress. If you opt out and later want texts again, just tell us.

How we handle your number is described in our privacy policy. In short: we never share mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

You are welcome to browse the site, read the blog, use the chat assistant, and contact us. In return, please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its endpoints, submit false information through our forms, scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others, or use the chat assistant for anything other than a good-faith conversation about our services.

We may rate-limit, block, or end a session that abuses these resources.

The assistant on this site is an AI. It is helpful for questions about our services, pricing ranges, and coverage areas, but it can be wrong. Nothing it says is a binding quote, a contract, or professional advice. Anything that matters gets confirmed by a person before we act on it.

The content on this site is ours, and we ask that you not republish it as your own. Pricing, timelines, and service areas described here are indicative and can change; the figures that bind us are the ones in a written proposal. We try hard to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that every page is current or error-free.

The website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, ReliTech Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the effective date above.
